I'm a blogshopper just like you and there're several things I hate about dealing with blogshop owners.
1) Long waiting time to confirm if my orders are secured.
2) If my orders aren't successful, I'm usually not informed.
3) Having to type out my mailing address for the 100th time despite being a regular customer.
4) Not getting an email confirmation that my parcel has been sent out.
and the list goes on...

So when I started Fondrey, I'm determined to get rid of the 'bad habits' of the trade even though it means more work on our side.
This is what Fondrey is all about:
1) We invoice on a daily basis, we make an effort to inform if we can't do so.
2) We email customers whose deals fall through because we care about the nerves of waiting.
3) We never ask our Yours Fondly members for their address because we manually record every mailing address given to us. On top of that, we even remember your birthday so that you get a little treat from us!
4) We sent an email confirmation that your parcel has been sent out and even provide REGISTERED mail numbers if you opted for registered mail. 
(I kind of cringe every time I see blogshops disclosing customers' names on a list for registered mail numbers. I just feel like they're being objectified. Sorry for my straight thoughts, but I always believe in keeping customers' information strictly confidential)

I have to reiterate that our system is not the best, no system is without loopholes but our system is definitely a caring one!

Note that 1 purchase point = 1 item purchased, thus if you bought 3 items in a single or separate order, you clock up 3 purchase points in any case.

Whether it's a one-woman show or 3-women show, manual invoicing is always more cumbersome and time-consuming. We are always working on making our system more efficient to make shopping easier for you!

NEW ORDERING FORMAT

If you’re a member, simply leave a comment in the collection entry with the following details:

Colour & Size (if any):

Mode of postage (Normal/Registered/Smartpac):

If you’ve purchased with us before and you’re unsure of your membership number, please email us at askfondrey@gmail.com to retrieve it. 

For first-time purchasers, all you have to do is to register at the mailing listee page with the NEW MAILING LIST FORMAT.
